CHINA

Dumplings from China Dumplings are a staple in Chinese culture. They’re called Jiaozi and originate from Northern China, where people would eat them during the New Year to symbolize wealth. JAPAN

Sushi from Japan Nothing goes better together than sushi and sake! We love making sushi at home as a light lunch or dinner. There are so many things you can put inside the roll, from veggies to rice and even fruit! We love this Spicy Tuna Recipe! It’s made with spicy tuna mix, avocado slices, cucumber sticks, red bell pepper chunks, and jalapeno slices drizzled in spicy mayo! All you need is a sushi mat to make these at home.

Paella from Spain There’s nothing better than paella on the beach in sunny San Diego, California. When we head to the coast, our favorite place to eat is at this cute restaurant right by the water. Their menu is filled with traditional Spanish dishes, but our favorite has got to be paella!
